First off I want to say a BIG thank you to Team Losi for the great support over the last couple years.
I am so excited to now be a part of Team Serpent and the 811 Cobra has been very good to me in my initial testing. Next weeks Nationals will be my first race with the car and I can’t wait.

Saturday we had not much practice time because of rain showers, I bearley had some time to run-in a new engine but just managed. Changed some minor setup changes since last GP in Apeldoon, but changed back to Serpent Off-set because it seemed to work better on this track! about 0,3 secs faster per lap!
On sunday the car and engine combination was working prefectley. after the first qualifier I just took it safe and managed to take the 4th place. in the 2nd qualifier took a little bit more risk and managed to take the 3rd spot. For the...

This is the Race report from Greek National ELME 1/8 On Road Cup which takes place at Montelodromio Track in Patra City Greece on 13/06/2010.
It was a very hot day with air temp at 37 C.
At qualifying rounds (all 4) started early in the morning Serpent driver Sotiropoulos John with his 966/MAX finished at first place takes the TQ and the best Lap also.
He also make track record with a lap at 11,763 Sec with the old record at 11.990 Sec.

It is a pleasure to finally be back with Serpent, back to the car which was the first 1/8th gas car I raced.
I have been racing RC for many years, and still have as much enthusiasm as I had in the beginning. I have raced at numerous world championships and have met Michael at a lot of them.
I am very impressed with the performance of the new cars, and I am excited at the prospect of being a part of the Serpent family, and associated with Walter Ly at Walter RC Hobby City.
