The track that will host the 2011 Onroad WC in Miami, omestead, Florida area, has been completely redone.
Directly next to the Homestead official 1/1 scale ace-track, super location too. You can hear the roaring engines of the USA race series in the back-ground ;)
Its now about 1000 feet line and almost 300 feet straight!
Looks awesome. Cant wait to test. Is very close to SerpentAmerica offices and will surely give a boost to the local racing scene too. Job well done RC Homestead crew !!

Gruber wins Vogtland Cup with S400 (28/02/2010)

Toni Gruber was in great shape again with the Serpent S400, in the stock class.
In the 1st finla heat Toni managed a new track record, but he even improved this in the 2nd final.
His team-mates Manuel Männel and Ralph Bauer were also doing really well and finished 2nd and 3rd overall.

2nd race of fintrack national championship series.
On Saturday 20th of february it was time to our 2nd 1:12 carpet indoor race in Finland. The race was held in Tampere in a big sports hall. The weather was cold inside the hall all day because of the cold weather season in Finland.
Again there was lot of Finnish top 1:12 drivers like Simo Ahoniemi, Teemu Saarinen, Vesa Yli, Tom Kalves (Serpent), Tony Raikas and Pekka Koivula (Serpent).
The race track was technical and a bit bumpy. In first practise runs grip came up and in the qualifying it was okay.

Hello fellow racers,
This past week was the annual Winternats held at the traditional Fort Myers track. Last year I won the sedan class and was hoping to repeat. I showed up on Sunday for the first day of practice. Myself and Paolo got there and started running in motors and just getting a feel for how the traction was going to be. For the first day I decided to start with just the 1/8 scale and would save the 2nd day of practice for the sedan. That way there would be more traction and I could start working on the chassis.
