RB Products, Serpent's French distributor, is extending an open invitation to drivers from across Europe to race in the Super Final of their Rider Cup series which will take place at Clermont Ferrand on July 28/29.

RC Car Exklusive, Serpent's distributor for Austria, will host a special technical meeting at this weekend's third round of the Austrian National Championships at Nussdorf near Salzburg. The meeting is part of the RCE support program for all Serpent racer take part in the National Championship.
Top championship contenders & Team Serpent drivers Daniel Tomaschko and Gerhard Kandelhart will host the special meeting on Saturday evening where drivers will be able to share their experiences with other drivers and ask questions in an attempt to get the best from their cars for Sunday important championship...

Nicola De Vallier is the new Italian National Junior Champion.
The single event Junior Championship took place over the weekend along side the 3rd round of the main National Championship at the Cassino track in the south west of the country.

Serpent Driver Development member Kyle Branson was again in top form for the latest round of the BRCA 1:10 British National Championship making the A Final for the 5th time this season.
Racing at the Brookland track in the 5th Round of the Championship, the 13-year-old qualified 4th fastest of the 65 entries missing the TQ time by just 4 seconds.

The Benelux Championships took place at the Roeselare track in Belgium over the weekend and it was Serpent driver Robin D'hondt who took the top honours in 1:8.
Open to drivers from Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, the event attracted a quality entry despite the poor weather conditions.
In qualifying it was Belgian National Champion Steven Cuypers who TQ'd for the event ahead of Serpent team-mates John Ermen from the Netherlands and D'Hondt.
Unfortunately Cuypers and Ermen both hit problems in the final allowing D'Hondt to cruise home to a massive 12 lap winning margin with his Mega...

Rolando Dias from Madrid in Spain has sent us pictures of his Serpent F180 creation and rather strangely its not the car of national Grand Prix racing hero Fernando Alonso.

Serpent Team driver Suruth V. was in action in the 2007 Singapore Invitational Challenge over the weekend at the East Coast Park Raceway where the Thai driver was triumphant with his 960.
Qualifying second for the event, Suruth drove a strong race to cross the finish line 7 laps clear of second placed Nelson Lee.

With racers getting their hands on the new Serpent F180 pictures of the completed creations are starting to come through and the latest is a beautiful example of what can be achieved with the 1:8 formula race car.
