The Serpent Project 4X PRO is a logical evolution over the 4X EVO. it shares all features of the 4x evo including the same easy to build and setup shock system and fixed-length pullrods, while the vertical topdeck is replaced by a horizontal topdeck for more aggressive steering on high grip surfaces and the rear suspension is heavily modified with much longer arms and a different geometry to create more steering and widen the setup window on medium to high grip asphalt. For maximum rear stability and steering precision which is needed in stock classes, there is a fixed-toe rear wheelcarrier included...
1/10 Regionals in the books.
December 22nd we headed out to famous Mills Pond R.C. track where we were provided a perfect surface for racing.
Justin Fales took the win in 4 wheel mod and 2 wheel mod. The struggle was real trying to adapt from what was a loose track Friday to the high bite surface Saturday. But by the end of round one qaulies we had a good handle on it and was able to put power back into the Serpent cars to produce some needed speed.
Justin Fales attended Southern Indoor Championship in Alabama this weekend.
The 2019 CRCRCRC 1/8 Midwest Winter Champs has come to and end.I was able to TQ both Nitro Buggy & Truggy, and qualify 5th in Ebuggy.
I ran AKA Ultra-Soft Chainlinks on Ebuggy, Super-Soft Handlebars on Nitro Buggy, and Super-Soft Impacts on Nitro Truggy!
Nitro Buggy: This main was probably one of my best mains I’ve ever ran. From start to finish I only had one mistake. Me and my car were tuned in. I’ve been chasing this win particularly, and I finally got it! Being able to TQ & Win feels great!
EBuggy: In A1 I was able to work my way up to 3rd, which is where I would finish. In A2...
This past weekend i've made the trip to the south of France to attend to Montpellier GP warm-up race ! Track was in a good shape and on Saturday there was 2 rounds of practice and 4 rounds of qualifications.
My Serpent SRX8 improved each run after a couple of changes on the setup. The track is low grip and i had to make a few changes on the setup.
We arrived confidently in Denmark. Recent testing had shown that we had made some good progress with the 4x Evo. With the DHI cup carpet being a bit different to the usual „ETS carpet“ we were not 100% sure where we could finish.
At the beginning we struggled a little bit, but as prectice went on, we could find a good setup for this track.
In qualifying Dionys could qualify on 4th place, while David closely missed the A final, starting from 12.
Round 4 of The Force Series:
The track started out super slick Saturday morning. Then went to high bite big time. Did we qualify well? In Ebuggy, yes I would say. Started 2nd behind Billy Easton. Before the mains, according to the LiveRc list we would run starting at 5pm. So we changed sway bars, springs, hubs ect. We were traction rolling all afternoon. Then they did a couple of mains updates. Turned out we would start late in the night. Well as the temp dropped quick, so did the traction of the track. But using the new AKA P1 tire in soft compound the Ebuggy was decent and good enough the take...

Last weekend was held the Elite Race 2018 at Veture RC Indoor track, an astroturf bumpy and really narrow track. Great Indoor facility with a really nice environment and level with 60 pilots in 4x2 and 20 Short Course.
The event held by the MORBC club in Perth, would go down as one of the better worlds I have been to. Of course there have been many good ones, but I have to say, these guys did a really great job. They had a really great group of guys running the broadcast, scoring, concession stand, and the track crew also did a fantastic job.
We had basically 6-10 practices on the track before actually started qualifying, so that was nice, considering I have never been to this track previously. I started with my standard setup, and began trying to tweak it to see if we could improve for this large, high speed,...
