[ SPT Serpent News ] For Cobra GT8-E the solid centre axle
For the Serpent Cobra 1/8 GT-E we release a center solid axle as alternative for the centre gear differential. In the GT-E class drivers need to use very hard centre diffs with 1 or even 2 mln oil. The solid centre axle will increase acceleration and improve braking. Lighter, simpler.
The centre solid shaft system fits all current centre gears. The set comes with the regular lightened spring steel adaptors and the new centre adaptor in coated 7075 T6 aluminium, completed with the 48T composite gear and 2 topquality NSK bearings and...

Neo 2017: Neumann to 6th place overall in GP Buggy (23/04/2017)

Team Serpent was present at the 2017 NEO with some strong drivers, the team headed by Joern Neumann.
GP class:
Neumann qualified direct for the semi final and ran a very strong race to take 11th spot for the main Final with his Cobra SRX8 GP Buggy.
In the main final Neumann stormed to the front after a very good start with a 4th position at some point and a 6th place overall at the end of the 45 minute final. The Cobra SRX8 performance remained stabile all through the final and Joern raced very well !
