The GT8E is on the rise and the first round of CF took place in Grenoble, so I'm taking the opportunity to discover the GT8 at a high level.
I assembled a Serpent SRX8GTE the week before the race. I have been a partner with Serpent for years, and it is the most popular GT car in France. The goal is to see what is the level of an out of the box car and then fight against the top guys from the class!

Klas Bredberg is apointed as Nordic team manager for the Serpent offroad division.

I got a long history in rc car racing and been running Serpent cars for the past four years. I look forward to the new challenge and will be my main focus on supporting the drivers and develop the cars. I will attend all major events during 2022 and hope to bring success to the team.

Lightweight 2-speed shaft set S989 (SER903810) (21/02/2022)

The new lightweight shaft system saves a lot of weight, 10g in total! This is a very substantial weight saving, especially on a spinning part.
On top of this there is a new way to assemble the 18 teeth pulley. The new adapter is screwed onto the shaft and runs ultra-true!
It’s hard anodized surface means that it has an extremely low wear as well.
This 2-speed shaft system is proven by our factory team and was used at last years races already.
To unscrew the pulley adapter, you need a 10mm open-ended spanner and a 3mm allen key.

Happy to be apart of the Serpent Factory Team.
Looking forward to learn the cars and meeting new people. 1/10 and 1/8 scale is my major classes. Past weekend I raced for the first Time with the SRX2 and SRX4 at the EOS in Daun. The cars was on pace and we had a blast. Also looking forward to test the SRX8 Pro Nitro car.
