Serpent is expanding the line of "Sport" version cars.
The Sport versions of the Cobra Buggy, the Cobra E-Buggy and the Serpent 411 offer great value for money. The Sport version are based on the full race-spec cars, just with use of less expensive materials in places where influence on performance will be kept to a minimum.
The big advantage is that all parts and optionals of the Race versions, all fit also to the Sport version cars.
The Sport versions offer a great and more economical way to get started with a brandnew Serpent, right from the start !

Today the EFRA 2012 EC 1/8 GP onroad has started with some days of free practise.
Live results will be posted here:

Buggycup in Appingedam.
This was my first race with the serpent, during the training had already emerged that the car was very quiet and lots of traction.
I have only my shock during training, and diffrentieel oil thinned.
The car was in a dry and a wet surface, easy to drive.
The qualification's went great, the first qualifier TQ, the track was still quite moist.
The second qualifying session the track was very dry, for this I had worn aka put on my car. No problems with griprol and yet very much steering and traction!
The third qualifying I had a TQ, nothing had changed in my car and...

2012 ROAR Nationals
Hosted by: LCRC
Lost Creek, Pennsylvania
This year the ROAR Nationals were held at LCRC in Lost Creek Pennsylvania. The track is located in a mountainous area with rolling hills, trees and lots of rock. The scenery is actually quite beautiful. The LCRC crew did a great job building a fun layout to race on as well as provided many great amenities, including compressed air and onsite food vendors. My hat goes off to them for the great job they did.

Pignotti has won the race 2 the Worlds, which will allow him a fully paid Serpent 411 / LRP drive at the 2012 WC in Heemstede.
Congratulations to Pignotti.
