A new Racetrack in the Philippines , RC FREAK OFROAD RACEWAY, located in Nueva Ecija, 2 hours away from manila. The inaugural race held last weekend Aug 13,2011 and it was a great success with about 40 racers on Nitro buggy and Nitro Truggy. Most racers came from manila and had a different experienced and fun with the new layout. Started the qualifying with a perfect sunny day and had a little shower for 30 mins during the start of the B Main and that created a lot of tractions for the A main group. Familiar faces like Jordan Go with his Serpent TQd the qualifying rounds for buggy and Clemen pancho...
The saturday was the finals day.
Serpent had 7 drivers in the 2 quarter finals; with Green, Mazzeo, Gruber, Stammler, Salven, Branson, Jacobs.
Mainly fuel consumption and engine troubles made only Green go into the semi by winning his quarter with many laps as well, and Jacobs running a very good quarter too and Sammler as 3rd. Both Mazzeo and Salven were very fast in the quarter, but engine / consumption issues prevented bump ups.
Green was most of the time in 3rd place following Pietsch and Wichnevski closely, in last 10 minutes a small stone caught his 1st gear and broke it. Over....
Sabrina Lechner with Serpent 733 /Os leads the ladies cup from the 3 ladies racing.
The 4th run was her fastest one in 88th place. Not the planned position, but with tons of ace experience we should see here run some more finals.

The updated version of the 733 kit, features
- complete new SL6 gearbox with lowest inertia and new gears .
- new brake disk and 3-pin type adaptor
- the rear-end connector-set in rubber and alu are now standard included.
- An updated 75cc fueltank with the Cobra tank-cap and seal system is included
- The 733-Evo already featured the Direct Link system and the TE continues with same. The rear camber bracket has been made in such way, that you can run the normal rear end or the DLS-rear end. So depending on track it easily changed.

Masao Tanaka from Japan advised us he took the 1st place and award at the JRCC event with Serpent 966-TE.

Marc Fischer had a crash with Krapp in Final 1 and Final 2, so he ended last in both.
In the 3rd run Fischer had a superb pace. A stop and go penalty slowed him down a bit, but after this break, his race-pace was even better, setting the fastest lap-time of the 3rd run of all, and finishing a superb 4th place in the end.
The 3 results together meant a 8th place overall.
Looking forward to the DM in september and the ETS races in 2011.
Last weekend we race at the most traditional offroad track in Brazil , the DUST RAISING Raceway !!
It was the famous event " RACING DAY 2011 EDITION" for both classes, buggy and truggy.
Our driver Heitor Nogueira ( SERPENT-REDS-RCW-TORNADO) was very confident in the COBRA T after a very good pré-run 15 days ago.
During controled pratice Heitor and the COBRA T made the fastest time !!! After that, they made a second time in qualifying run, due to small driving bobbles .
In the first heat Heitor fight for the leadership since the first turn and after 10 minutes , the COBRA T move to the first...
6-7:th of August the racing club in Vaxjo hosted the 2011 nationals.
A great racing track with a good number of drivers joining.
After practice on Thursday Friday it was qualyfying time on Saturday, racing was done in great sunshine with very close racing and good tracktion.

first i have to say sorry for my delay report, but i needed some time
for me to get rid of the bad result.
free practice started from monday to wednesday. We could practicereally a lot.
We started to running in my new OS engines and we tryeda lot of set ups on my 966.
But on wednesday it was very difficult to
practice still perfect, because we were always 15 drivers for 10 minutes long on the track. And the track was to full of cars and a lot of crashs.
But on thursday they made new heats. Unfortunatly my group was not sogreat because they made the heats from our practice...
WOW, It was a great racing day last July 24,2011 at JUNKYARD RACETRACK for the NOVAROSSI CUP. Well attended from the Nitro Racers for buggy n truggy who came all the way from Cebu City, Batanggas, Nueva Ecija and other parts of Metro manila. A day before the race day, rain dropped and made the track so muddy. We were lucky to have a sunny morning till 4pm during race day. The qualifying started around 10am as soon as the track dried up. Morethan 40 racers showed up with their buggies and about about 15 racers for Truggies. A very exciting race as the track had a very interesting additional layout...
