For the past GP Nationals events , Jordan go continued to have a difficulty finishing the final race due to different mechanical problems arrising from his car and/or engine. But this time around, he made sure everything would be as planned. Last weekends 1/8th Race Meeting was held at Mendip Raceway near Weston Super Mare. A good entry with all of the main National Championship contenders and several new drivers present.
Sundays qualifying started in dry and sunny conditions, but the rain came during Round 2 and only a few drivers managed to improve their Round 1 times. This left Kyle Branson in TQ position with Mark Green 0.2sec behind and current UK Champion in 3rd place. The A Final consisted of 7 – Serpent 966EVO, 2 – Shepherd Velox and 1 – Mugen.

The third round of the 2011 British National series was held on the last weekend in May at the Brookland circuit in the south of England. The weather forecast for the meeting was not looking too good with showers predicted. Despite this the weather held off and we managed to have another dry meeting.
The traction was quite low to start off with but by the end of Saturday’s practice it had risen to a decent level.
In qualifying Mark Green took FTD with Johnathon Dobney 2nd, and Kyle Branson 3rd. I managed to get 4th just a few seconds behind.

For almost 34 years straight Memorial day weekend has been the home of the Texas Biggie here in the states. It is the track that Bob Ingersoll and RCRCNT crew run in Rendon, Texas. This year the club members put a new sealer on the track wich made it smoother and faster.
I arrived with my 966 evo and worlds upgrades ready to learn more about how the upgrades work and effect the overall chassis balance. I struggled a little on the first day with over steer, made a simple adjustment with toe and the car was on rails for the rest of the weekend. The new WC parts can give you more of everything...

Billy Easton is now 11th in Buggy and 22 in truggy. So better set-up and easier driving in Q2 in Buggy, went really well.
Truggy feels excellent to, and next heats will most likely show better pace, as practise showed Cobra Truggy is a on a very fast pace.
