Racing Serpent Cobra Buggy and Serpent Cobra Truggy
With a 3rd place and podium finish with Serpent Cobra buggy and also with Serpent Cobra Truggy in the CRCRC race, Team Serpent started of with a great result in 2011.
The whole Serpent Cobra Team worked very well together, and all Serpent Cobra drivers got assistance to get thier cars dialed in the for event.
Below the detailed report by Serpent designer Billy Easton.

Easton made a very good season start in 2011 with a 4th qualifying time and finished 3rd in the Amain, leaving King behind him.
The Easton designed Serpent Cobra Truggy is working very well, based on the Cobra buggy. All qualifiers and the full 45 minute final without issues, setting very fast laptimes too.
The Cobra-T Easton raced is almost indentical to the production version scheduled for late march release.
Team Serpent

Easton with Serpent Cobra buggy, also takes 3rd place in the CRCRC Pro-A-Main.
Qualifying in 3rd and keeping his 3rd place most of the final. A fast and reliable run with hardly any mistakes. Great stuff.
Podium finish in buggy and truggy, Easton is showing the potential of the Serpent Cobra platform. Great results for the Cobra buggy and Truggy.

Thinhs are looking good with a qualifying position of 3 in Pro Buggy and 4th in Pro Truggy.

Hello, from a very cold CRCRC race, lots of snow and ice Outside.
Today was a very productive day for the team..a lot of the guys focused on selecting the right tires for their setups and car..It appears holeshots,grid irons and megabyte tires are the basic choices. I personally liked the holeshots..
I believe I posted the fastest lap time of 20.2 in both classes.. buggy and truggy I am sitting 2nd in both classes after the practice qualifying..they took the three fastest consecutive laps to decide your seeding.

Today was the first day of practice..
We arrived at the track around 7 am this morning and have been running all day.. The track started off extremely tacky and has dries out all day.. Grip rolling has been a problem for some.. Our team as a whole seems to be happy with their Cars..If we took a consensus of how they feel we are typically looking for more steering.. However certain tires can help but it comes at a price of rear stability.. It is hard to say who is fastest cause some drivers already know the layout quite well..since they were here all last week for the electric portion of the...
