Spain: Serpent Distribution to Pro-Car Distribution exclusive (25/10/2010)

Pro-Car Distribution is selected as exclusive Serpent Distributor for all Serpent cars from today onwards.
The Distribution of Serpent cars was before split between onroad and offroad, but from today onwards all is combined again.
For rc shops in Serpent that promote the Serpent line, this will make contacts and shipping easier.

The NR Cup was held at the Homestead race-way, home of the 2011 WC for 1/8 scale in April.
Paolo Morganti with 966 made it in 1st, after qualifying in 2nd.
Many Serpent drivers into the 1 hour long A-main:
Apolaro 3rd, Kimbrow 4th, Desoto 6th. Ives & Davis too.

The 2010 season is in the books of the 40th year of the Heart of America racing series. The series is a best 4 out of 6 races with 2 races being throw outs. This year we saw an invasion of Serpent 966s with three drives switching cars from years past. It just so happens that Serpent took first, second and third in the 1/8th open class. The point leader was Larry Barnett with Eric Jones second, and Bill Sydor third. All of the races were hard fought battles between these three drivers. Out of the six races Serpent won four in a row. Eric Jones winning three out of the last four and with Bill Sydor...

Defending UK Champion retains his title In Sports GT
2009 Champion 1/10 IC Glyn Beal successfully defended his title and was crowned 2010 BRCA 1/10 Sports GT champion.
Running initially his Serpent 835 and then Serpent 733 with Mega engines.

The last race for the West championship was raced in Dormagen, Germany.
In Qualifying Heep was 3rd, very close behind Baldes and Wurst, with Serpent driver Vahrenkamp. Both Hepp and Vahrenkamp had good chance to be overall Champion.
Hepp needed to win and Vahrenkamp needed a 2nd place.
In the final it was Hepp with Serpent 966 that won, 3 laps ahead of Baldes, and Vahrenkamp in 3rd with Serpent too.
