The opening two days of the 1/8th European 'B' Championships at Carole in France have seen Serpent at the top of the time sheets.
On Tuesday Dutch driver Jordy Blok was fastest with his Serpent 960 Mega DSII combination while on Wednesday Italian driver Cristiani Marcello, also driving a 960, set the pace.
The Mega DSII is proving itself to be the fastest engine at the 345m long Carole circuit with one driver so impressed with its speed that he has switched to Mega for the remainder of the event.
Weather conditions at the Carole circuit have so far been dry but unfortunately rain is forecast to hit the area over night and looks set continue for the coming days.
