SERPENT DOMINATE 'ALCOBENDAS EL 5º OPEN PSF' EVENT IN MADRID (28/11/2006)

Serpent drivers made the most of difficult conditions over the weekend to dominate the 'Alcobendas el 5º Open PSF' held in Madrid, Spain, over the weekend.  A major event on the Spanish RC motorsport calendar the event attracted 127 racers.

Top international racer Carlos Peracho dominated the 1:8 class.  TQ'ing his Serpent 960 for the main final he went on to win the event from fellow 960 racer Alberto Gonzalez.


Running on the track that will host the 2007 EFRA 1:10 European Championships, it was a similar story for Serpent in the Touring Car class.  Driving a 720, Diego Palacios made good use of his  car to take the win and make it a double victory for Team Serpent.
