Serpent dominates lastest Florida State Series encounter (19/03/2007)

Team Serpent USA continued their winning ways in the Fograss Florida State Series taking victory in both the 1:8 and 1:10 categories at Round 7 which took place over the weekend at the Charlotte RC Raceway.
In the Sedan class Danny Horta headed home Gianni Giorgio for a Serpent 720 1-2 while D.J. Apolaro used his example to record the fastest lap of the race. In total 7 Serpent 720s made the 12 car grid for the Main Final.
Paolo Morganti dominated proceedings in 1:8 with his Mega MF powered Serpent 960. The Winternats Champion TQ'd for the race going on to win it by a 2 lap margin, setting the fastest lap of the race on the way.
