Kyle Branson, the youngest member of the Serpent Driver Development program, was in championship action over the weekend and again the 13-year-old was in top form.
Racing at Mendip over the weekend in the second round of the BRCA 1:10 200mm National Championship, Kyle was again mixing it at the sharp end of the 70 strong entry and qualified his Serpent 720 sixth fastest to ensure his second A Final appearance in as many races.
Running the new SPP Carbon chassis plate on his Mega powered car, the current European Junior Champion drove a superb final just missing out on a podium place and finishing a fine fourth to claim his second top 4 finish of the season.
Another great result for the young Englishman, Kyle's next National event will take him to Halifax on May 20th.
