Britain's Glyn Beal driving a Serpent 835 is the new European 1:10 235mm Champion.  The reigning 235mm British Champion, Beal won the event held at the AMC Hildesheim track in Germany from local drivers Jens Stark and Thomas Plöger.

The event saw young Belgian talent Robin D'hondt TQ his Serpent ahead of defending Champion Alain Levy.

Unfortunately D'hondt was sidelined after just 7 minutes leaving Beal, whose car was powered by the new Mega ZX15 DSII+ engine, to work his way to the front where he would stay to add the European title to his racing CV.

All the Finalists were racing Serpent's 835 chassis.
