Germany, S120 win with Markus Mobers (02/11/2008)

Mobers and S120 dominate at Schermbeck
At 2nd of November we had our first German National qualifier in the 1/12 scale race season.
The race took place at the beautiful Schermbeck track, which is one of the best indoor race facilities in Europe.
In practice my car was immediately handling fine. The car was a little nervous and sometimes it lifted wheels, due to the mega traction at Schermbeck.
First of all I went to a harder side damping, I changed from 1400 cst to 3000 cst oil. This solved not all issues, the car was very smooth now, but still lifting wheels.
I decided to move the cells as much forward as possible and this was what I was looking for. The car was perfect now.
I qualified easy in pole position and ran a new official track record. Also the finals went very well and so I took the win in the Modified class.
Overall the brand new performed very well in Modified.

Also in Stock the car made great results for its first outing, Oliver Hellmann finished a great 3rd.
