USA: 720 takes TQ at Winternats, 966 with 3 cars in top 6 (13/02/2009)

Excellent qualifying for Team Serpent

Paolo Morganti (Serpent 720) set a new track record and TQ at the Winternats.

DJ took 2nd place also with Serpent 720. DJ had to work on thursday, and with a faster track on thursday he could have been even faster.

With Michael in 7th and Gianni in 8th spot, the 720 cars are showing their potential.

Looking good for saturdays finals.

Michael took the 3rd place in qualifying with the new Serpent 966, with DJ in 4th and Paolo in 6th.

Good results with the first outing of the 966 cars.

Maxy took TQ honours in 1/8 Masters with his Serpent / Maxy-Fuel loaded car ;)

A large Serpent team is present at the Winternats, and SerpentAmerica doing a nice job with a Serpent - Xceed promo-tent for show/spares/tyres too.

Serpent designer Billy Easton also came to the race to join Michael Salven and the team and assist where possible.
