Team Serpent Brazil electric touring car driver Felipe Franceschi is Brazilian Champion 2009 1/10 stock with S400.
The race was 30/31/07 in Sto Andre Town A.A.R.C.
Drivers faced with a different track layout for each round and with all races counting towards the final standings it was important to be able to adapt to the changes quickly. Felipe did just that and was on the podium for the Title.
