Last weekend was the penultimate round of the 200mm British National Series held at the very technical Cotswold racetrack.

Saturday was a practice day and the weather was ideal for testing the new 733. Mark Green was on hand to help the drivers getting to grips with their new cars. By the end of practice all of the drivers were very happy with the handling and balance of the 733.

Sunday - TQ was a battle between Kyle Branson and Mark Green with Mark taking the honours in round 4 and Neil King making up the top 3 (All Serpent 733’s).

Main Final - 5 of the top 10 drivers were running the 733. Mark got off to an excellent start with Kyle behind him. Unfortunately Mark was the victim of a accident on the short straight which launched his car nearly 2 meters into the air and resulted in him retiring from the final. After 30 minutes Kyle Branson was the winner with the very in-form Johnathan Dobney in second place.

This was a very good debut for the new 733, no parts failures throughout the weekend and an excellent result on the track.

The final round of this years 200mm British National Championships will be held at Halifax on 3-4 October.
