Race report 747 in Power of Gp Touring Car Series Rd 3.

"PGTC, the Power of Gp Touring Car Series" is held by some RC related companies in west Japan.  This event was originaly planed to just compete and decide the fastest GP touring drivers. Anyway, this event produced one of fastest Serpent driver, such as Takumi Matsuda.

I received 747 just after 1/8 Japan national which was held a week ago, and assembled 747 for this PGTC  Rd 3. I had no idea for set up and tried same set up as I had on S733. First I felt LCG a lot on my 747, like 966.

As I had almost nothing to desire more, I started  qualify as it was.

Because of  some  my mistake, I finished 3rd at qualify in the end. My team mate, Takumi had TQ who also drove 747 first time at this race.  My brother, Yuya was 4th after qualify with 747 as well.

Anyway, we all went up to the grand final without any issues.  Afer start, we ran very well but our engine all stalled when we came into  pit for refueling.

However, 747's new geometry avoid tyre wear ,
and I could ran agressively as I much as I wanted. Though my engine stalled, I recovered my position upto the top and finished as the top because of the new performance of 747.

This was just first race, and I had nothing try on 747. I think more set up will  give us even much more performance.
