Precision machined disk brake, fits all Serpent cars (1/8 scale cars require 2 brake disks). Due to its excellent cooling characteristics, this brake disk allows smooth and precise braking. It’s also very lightweight and is also very cool looking. Simple and effective stopping power.
Complete set of steel brake-plates with a special type of pre-mounted brake-liner. Fits all Serpent cars. After rigorous testing we found this brake liner compound maintains a very high coefficient of friction under all sorts of conditions. It needs limited time to heat up and then stays very stable. You never need to glue brake pads again!. The liners are mounted onto the plates in an industrial oven and then ground to the correct thickness.
For your Serpent 710 is this beautifully machined, lightweight, aluminium middle shaft bracket. This piece not only looks great but also helps to reduce any flex in this part of the drive train down to an absolute minimum.

The 710 one-way front axle can be very quickly converted to a fixed axle using this simple optional consisting of 2 pins, 2 o-rings and an aluminium bushing. Simplicity is its greatest asset.
Pins can easily be placed through the appropriate holes in the front one-way axle, which in turn goes through the drive shaft adaptors, locking the axle.A bushing slid over the pins and a pair of o-rings keeps it all in place. This piece can remain mounted all the time with the pins inserted when required.
The benefit of a solid front axle is that the car brakes on all 4 wheels, allowing much later braking, especially beneficial on low grip conditions and also on small, tight tracks.
Presenting these new Hex wheel adaptors for the Serpent 710 and all other 200mms in the range. Anodised orange these aluminium wheel adaptors are lightweight and strong with a new mounting system. Utilising a clamping system an Allen screw tightens the adaptor onto the wheel axle ensuring that they stay in place all the time, even under the most severe of pressure.
Now available from Serpent is this ultra efficient and performance-enhancing CVD (constant velocity drives) set. Designed for use on front and rear of the Serpent 710, the power delivery to the wheels has been improved because the drive shafts are permanently attached to the wheel axles. Apart from the added benefit that you will no longer lose drive shafts in the case of an impact, also the wear on parts has been greatly reduced due to the fact that the shafts no longer move around in their drive slots and due to the ultra high quality steel used on all the parts.
Presenting the much-awaited front ball differential for the Serpent 710. Features the innovative, one screw diff adjustment similar to the standard 710 rear diff, allowing the racer to set a large range of different settings simply and quickly.
This piece simply replaces the front one-way axle, which is easily taken out using the quick-change axle system available on the Serpent 710.
Pre-assembled, they have been machined from metal and are unique in that the shock bodies only open on the bottom half. Simple to assemble, they come with a fixed piston and no longer use a diaphragm as with the previous Serpent shocks. The result is an ultra-smooth and air-free shock absorber thanks to the self-bleeding system incorporated into the design.
The shock sets come with optional pistons in 1,2 & 4 holes to adjust your shocks dampening.

To increase performance of the Centax 3 clutch system even further, Serpent are pleased to present the new yellow clutch shoe. The new material reduces the clutch slipping, which therefore allows more power to get to the wheels. This creates a more efficient performing clutch system but does make the engine work harder.
