The new FPS differential features the unique 'Friction Plates Spur' system, allowing fine adjustment of the limited slip (spur) and yet maintaining smooth differential action. The FPS differential fits all Impact M2 models.

Step 1

Press the pins in so as that they are in-line with the rear of the main gear. You must also ensure that the larger thrust washer has a good fit as the second large thrust washer is different and does not fit well.

The thrust washer marked with * has the smaller inner diameter of the two.

Glue the pads to the metal parts.

Step 6

To adjust the Diff, turn the collar clockwise to tighten and anti clockwise to loosen.
