Event Name: 2010 AKA TROPHY (Geraldton Australia)

In total 5 Serpent Cobra made the Main final.
David Simms TQ-d and won the race, with nice podium finish for Ry LeFevre also with Cobra S811 in 3rd. Also Shame Woodcraft, John Cowper and Jon Latham made the main with Serpent Cobra.

Ilia van Gastel took the win of the 2010 EFRA GP in Germany, Hildesheim.
An all Serpent podium with Giesa in 2nd, in same lap as Ilia and Merlin is 3rd. Super.
In total 7 x 966 in the final.

in 1/8 scale Paul Ciccarello with Serpent 966 was able to take the win at the well attended GLC race, where also Tosoline, Swauger, Burch and many other competed for the win.

Oliver Simon had a good 1st race for the German Champs.
In the final, with Serpent Cobra, he was in 2nd place for a while, and in for a podium finish, but in the last part of the final he just missed out and dropped to 4th.

Serpent 733 racer Kyle Branson, 16 year old, from the UK is crowned Junior European Champion 2010. We like to congratulate Kyle with this great achievement. Welcome to the hall of fame !
Kyle is also the current leader in the UK 1/10 championship with Serpent 733, in the very competitive UK Series.
In the EC qualifying Kyle managed the 11th spot, made in the only real dry qualifier, and managed an overall 12th place in the event.

The race took place on the track of MHF-Skarpnäck which is known to be very difficult and challenging.
Friday the practice began with nice weather and the pleasant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. The condition of the track hasn´t got better with the past years so when it is economically possible for MHF it is time for new asphalt. When the qualifications where about to start Saturday morning the sky opened up and the rain started pouring down.
