Following the wash out of the opening day of the 1:10 Euro in Holland, Day 2 saw drivers hit the track for some proper testing.
Monday saw the MACH venue look more like a lake than a world class rc track but today the rain held off and great work by the organisers to clear the water allowed drivers to take to the track.
Controlled testing continues tomorrow and Thursday with the official opening ceremony set to take place on Thursday evening.

The opening day of the 2006 EFRA European 1:10 Championships has been pretty much a wash out. Constant heavy rain in the Netherlands kept the large gathering of drivers, who have travelled from across Europe, from taking to track at the MACH circuit for all but 30mins of official testing on Day 1.
For many drivers the wet weather gave them an opportunity to drop into the Serpent factory, which is located just 1.8km from the track, for a coffee and chat with fellow Serpent racers from around Europe taking refuge there from the wet weather.
Among those to drop by today was newly crowned...
