This new track is just a few kilometers from the original Key West track that was used for the Electric Worlds in South Africa.
The track was also very tight and we had to deal with never having run the modified car on rubber tyres before, as well as getting the new 411...

ETS Round 1 Mülheim Kärlich
Friday Practise / Qualification
Programmed were 4 parctise heats and one Qualifier.
In the 1st 2 practise heats my 411 was going really well, even considering the low grip. In run 3 and 4 the grip build up strongly, until the car even started rolling. I was still able to qualify for the fastest heat with 3 fastest laps, but due to the grip the car was a handfull. After the 4th practise I was in the Top-10, but pretty hard to be constant, so need to think about set-up changes.
Team Serpent Germany wins the Nitro West Masters 1 / 10 scale and the German Westernchampionship.
On the last weekend the racing season in Western Germany was completed with the Nitro West brunch in Oberhausen.
For the Serpent team it was a happy day because two of the top placings go toRene Püpke and Benjamin Lehmann.
Callesen who recently changed to use Serpent 411, had an excellent 1st race of the Danish Champs running in 2nd place.
Congratues.

Top-driver Marco Reiser from Swiss joins Team Serpent 1/10.
Marco tested the Serpent 733 few weeks ago, after having raced the Slovakian car for a few years.
Marco was impressed with the handling and performance of the Serpent 733 Team Edition, and is looking forward to the 2012 season. He already finished on the podium this year, but will aim for the top-spot for 2012 and beyond. Also the euro's are being considered. Team Boss Reto Felix will take care of the support.

This race was a points series over the 2011 year. You were required to attend 2 of the 17 races across the country plus the finals to be in it for the points. After my first two rounds I was 5th in points for buggy and 7th in points for truggy. So now comes the RC Pro National final race held at an awesome clay track called Gulf Coast Raceway/Mikes Hobby shop in Porter, Tx. We ran qual-points with the best 3 of 5 rounds.
