Juan Matticoli raced a superb 1/8 scale final with his Serpent 960 in excellent shape, just a lap down on race winner Recio.
Congratulations.
I want you to know that this race "Copa de las Américas 2008" is the most important race in the region after the World Championship and we received drivers from different countries as USA, Brazil, Mexico, Perú, Uruguay and Argentina.
It was raced from 6 to 9 of November in the circuit "Hernán Matticoli" located in La Tablada, Buenos Aires.
We suffered during the final race temperatures of more than 33ºC in the enviroment and more than 56ºC in the...

On the 8-9 November the wonderful Jody Scheckter circuit of Fiorano hosted the Motonica trophy. The event attracted a great number of people from all over Europe.

We have just completed Round 3 of the Florida State Series which was held at the awesome Kissimmee race track in the Orlando Florida area. Paolo and I made our way to the track on Friday afternoon and decided to get some practice. Paolo ran 1/8 and I ran sedan. We shared pit work and tried to get our cars ready for the weekend.
On Saturday I wanted to test the set up I ran and the Nationals, as it was different than I normally use. I ran the first 2 qualifiers and played with some minor adjustments. The car was really good, but not what I am use to. I had to change my driving style a little...

Dear S120 customers,
Since there are a lot of questions about our new 1/12 scale race car, I wanna bring you some useful info to you.
I practiced a lot the last two weeks at the fine Megadrom track here in Geilenkirchen, Germany.

Daniel won the round 11 of the national Venezuelan championship.
In the final Daniel was all the time in a race-fight with fellow Serpent driver Gianni Giorgio for the lead of the race, to the excitement of all spectators present. It was a sensational race throughout with very close and fair racing.
With this victory Daniel recaptures the title achieved also in 2006, and again he is the National Champion of Venezuela.
Onorato congratulaltions !!

At 2nd of November we had our first German National qualifier in the 1/12 scale race season.
The race took place at the beautiful Schermbeck track, which is one of the best indoor race facilities in Europe.
In practice my car was immediately handling fine. The car was a little nervous and sometimes it lifted wheels, due to the mega traction at Schermbeck.
First of all I went to a harder side damping, I changed from 1400 cst to 3000 cst oil. This solved not all issues, the car was very smooth now, but still lifting wheels.
I decided to move the cells as much forward as possible and this...
