Round 4 of this NEW Serpent Series was held last weekend in Derbyshire at the very fast and flowing Tibshelf Circuit. This class is based on the 235mm 1/10 wide chassis with a Super GT bodyshell it is gaining NEW drivers throughout its first season.
The practice on Saturday was limited due to the heavy rain and thunderstorms. Some of the NEW drivers found the ‘Flat out’ banking a bit of a challenge to say the least.

Finding time with each outing in the new 720, the 12-year-old was looking good for a strong showing in the final. Unfortunately in the warm-up his receiver packed in resulting in him missing the race start as his pitman (his dad) installed a new one.
